Easily check-in and access your room with your mobile phone.

Checking in via
LockBox
Have your keycard ready for your arrival in a secure Lockbox.
For After-Hours arrival, we are happy to leave your physical keycard in a Lockbox. We’ll just need you to let us know beforehand. To make arrangements, please contact our front desk during lobby hours prior to your arrival.
The Lockbox process is simple:
Unlock the Lockbox using the last 4-digits of your phone number OR by using the code provided on your Expedia/Booking.com confirmation.
Sign the check-in paperwork included in the lockbox.
Remove the physical key cards from the lockbox. Your room number will be provided on the keycard envelope.
Close the lockbox and enjoy your stay!

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. In case of emergencies, please call our on-site general manager for assistance. We will be happy to help you with your check-in any way we can. The phone number for our general manager can be found on the vestibule on our mobile key signage.
